Hi 👋 I'm Max, a Senior Designer and experienced line manager currently working at the national disability charity Scope, where I produce innovative, accessible and impactful creative work, which progresses towards our goal of creating an equal future with disabled people. I have previously worked in the commercial sector and am a graduate of Kingston School of Art.
I am part of an industry-leading and award-winning team who have recently rolled out a national rebrand and empowered the organisation with new creative self-service tools and ways of working.
I am an accessible design specialist and have extensive experience working on creative briefs from across a non-profit organisation, from campaigns to fundraising and corporate partnerships. This includes the Let’s Play Fair national children’s campaigns, Cost of Living campaign influencing Government, annual Scope Awards ceremony and our recent rebrand of the charity. I am confident working individually, as part of a team and in leadership roles within a multi-disciplinary creative department, taking briefs and complex challenges from concept to realisation.
